I hope you are doing great and enjoying your summer weekend!
The hospital bags are packed and the nursery is ready- WHOA!
If you have been following along, you know we are in the final countdown until our baby boy arrives. If all goes as planned, he will be here on Wednesday! We truly feel so blessed to get the privilege to expand our family and am praying for a healthy baby and smooth delivery.
I just looked through the photos from the delivery of Mr. Big Stuff three years ago and I can't help but get emotional.
Of course, nothing went as planned.
He was a week early and we had an emergency c-section in the middle of the night.

And the thrill I felt watching my husband become a father...
Although I have been through this once before and can anticipate some of this experience, there is so much to look forward to. I can't wait to watch Mr. Big Stuff become a big brother!
I can't wait to hold a newborn and know how sweet it will be to be loved by him.
We are as ready as we can be (are you ever REALLY ready?!?!?) to welcome this sweet child into our family.
Because my family is my first priority, I am signing off the ol' blog for a little while to focus on motherhood. I am not sure what this adjustment will look and feel like over the next couple weeks, but I do plan on slowing down a bit as we adjust to life with two kiddos. And sleepless nights. And endless feedings. Ahhhhh.....
I am certain I will be back in the swing of things soon and jabbering on about paint colors, crafts, and throw pillows! (although they may have spit-up on them?!?!)
I have also lined up some pretty amazing blogger friends to keep you company with some really fun guest posts so will be popping in to check in on things! (You know I won't be able to stay away for long) I hope you enjoy the "At Home With" Series as much as I will! We will kick things off next week with Kristin who blogs at Bliss at Home.
So before I go into a full sobbing session looking through these pictures of our first moments as parents, I think I better sign off.
Enjoy your summer!
