Well good morning and HAPPY DECEMBER! Yippee!
I’m back today with a 30 Days in a Holiday State of Mind post. It *might* include a Mason Jar. Again. 🙂
Teachers really are special humans. I honestly don’t know how they manage a herd of 3 year old toddlers. I can barely handle one! So I wanted to be sure to let them know that I think they are EXTRA special this Christmas and made them a little Holiday Survival Kit in a Mason Jar- the teacher edition!
I am on a serious kick with gifts in a jar. There is just something about sticking things in a Mason Jar and tying things around it that I just can’t quit.
Can you blame me though?
I started with the old faithful Quart Wide Mouth Mason Jar.
Then I loaded it up with packs of EXTRA gum. There are tons of flavors and sizes to choose from! And it’s a fun way to let the teachers know they are EXTRA special!
Then I stuck a couple other goodies in the jar like washi tape, hand sanitizer, Sharpies and stickers. Anything I thought his teacher would appreciate.
Similar to the Girls Weekend Pajamas and the Holiday Survival Kit Scarves, I needed something to tie around the jar.
Christmas books it is! I think his teacher will enjoy having some new books to read the children… and I may just make a surprise visit to read to the class! 🙂
Here is a little printable tag you could print and include as well-
This week is a doozie! I will be sharing my whole Christmas house tour on Wednesday so I better get back to decking the halls! Fa, la, la, la, la….

As a former teacher myself, I can definitely say that the "extra" appreciation means a lot! Thanks for sharing this awesome idea! #client

I love this idea and think it would be perfect for my dog walker too! #happyholidays
