Aaaaannndddd just like that, Easter is right around the corner. Which is crazy because if I am being honest, I am still finding remnants of Christmas in random places around the house. 🙂 Today I am sharing a simple and colorful Easter brunch spread and menu idea. A huge thanks to HoneyBaked Ham for reminding me that hosting a holiday brunch does not have to be stressful.
I love the idea of hosting a casual Easter brunch but still enjoying the traditional Easter menu. Of course, being together with friends and family is the most important part of any holiday. But with two little kids I tend to steer away from wanting to host meals with high expectations. I know I don’t have lots of time to stress about a big sit down meal.
So for this Easter brunch, it is all about keeping it simple and setting up “stations” that people can easily serve themselves from. The best part is that by having Honeybaked Ham & Turkey on hand- nothing has to be heated or cooked so yes…I did in fact cover the stove for my serving station.
I love how this frees up other areas on the counter when hosting a large group. And let’s be real. It’s nearly impossible to sit down for a formal meal with kids so having the casual stations really lets everyone eat at their own pace.
To start, I love the idea of a yogurt bar and fresh spinach salad. So springy!
Then, for the main course, a slider bar with HoneyBaked Ham and HoneyBaked Turkey is a great crowd pleaser. (oh and did I mention it was easy?!) Just a basket of King’s Hawaiian rolls with some sauces is all you need.
Last but not least- the drink and desserts. For a special treat I made these individual banana pudding cups in mason jars. So perfect for a brunch.
I also snagged this yummy HoneyBaked Ham Blueberry Crumb Cake. This is great because it stores in the freezer until you are ready to host. So easy!
When we moved last spring I purged so many holiday items but happy this sweet little rabbit made the cut. He proved himself useful in holding some colorful straws for the beverage station.
And of course, no Easter brunch would be complete without a pitcher of sweet tea.
I love how this brunch is perfect to feed a big crowd, but also so simple that it could easily be pulled out after church in just a few minutes.

Happy spring!
