None of us have an endless budget for decorating but here is a good idea to achieve the vintage rug look for less! Come see some of my favorite Budget Friendly Vintage Runner Rugs.
Well I went down the rabbit hole last night. You know the one. When college football is on in the background so you start innocently perusing the internet and then click on a rug and then proceed to spend the next 2.5 hours clicking around on the hunt for the “one”.
Oh wait, that’s just me? 🙂 Perhaps I need to give myself a “football-watching-rabbit-hole-budget”?
Why are rugs so so so so hard? I mean, they really are such a commitment. I think I may have spent more time looking at them online then I spent on figuring out a name for my children.
One of the most asked questions I receive is about where I got the rug in our foyer. While I wish I could source it exactly for you it was a one of a kind that I purchased at a local antique market here in Atlanta. I was super lucky that this rug worked well in our new foyer and actually fits the space perfectly. However, I am now on the hunt for a vintage or vintage-inspired runner rug for my kitchen between the stove and kitchen island. Hence, the rabbit hole hunt.
I am still undecided on a rug for that space but since I loved so many options I found (and many are on sale!), I figured I would share these beautiful and budget friendly vintage inspired runner rug options. This size is obviously perfect for hallways, but also great for narrow foyers and kitchens. And since they are vintage “inspired” and not actually vintage- they are budget friendly!

Thanks for sharing this. Like you, it is so hard to find rugs. Love the 2nd one.

Why are they so hard? Such a commitment! I like the second one too! 🙂
