Goooood morning sunshines! Can you believe it is only two weeks until Christmas Eve!?!?!? It struck me yesterday that it is almost 2015. Does anyone else feel like Y2K was 10 minutes ago? Seriously, how has it been 15 years since it was almost the end of the world? ha.
Well, here we are on Day 21 of our 30 Days in a Holiday State of Mind series and today I am sharing a super-duper-quick-and-easy ornament DIY.
Like, 5 minutes quick and easy.
And if you happen to have a white ornament and a blue Sharpie around the house like I did, it’s FREE!
Alright- you ready for this one? Blue and White Ginger Jar Inspired Ornaments!
You know I have a thing for the lovely blue and white porcelain. Yesterday, my bloggy-friend over at The Pink Clutch posted a sneak peak of her Christmas tour on Instagram and she had some beautiful blue and white ornaments.
And I decided right then and there that I could DIY one of these.
So I did.
Like, I put down my phone, grabbed a white ornament and blue Sharpie, and had one whipped up 5 minutes later.
What can I say, sometimes a DIY lingers in my mind for months before I act, and sometimes it takes about 30 seconds! 🙂
Like I said, I started with a white ornament and grabbed a plain old blue Sharpie.
I grabbed my Ginger Jar for some inspiration and a few minutes later I had this!
So tell me, have you DIY’ed any ornaments this year? I sure do love a 5 minute project!
Have a great day!

Truthfully, I'm lucky I have my house decorated! I admire all the DIY'ers out there. I have been up to my eyeballs in life. I think…….Either that or I am getting lazy as the days go on………lol! Love your little ornament. Very pretty and simple for a tree! Keep them coming and one day I will do a simple project!
