Tasty Two-Ingredient Pumpkin Muffins

in Christmas, entertain, Food, holidays on 11/06/14

Hello there my holiday hostesses! Are we in a Merry Thanksgiving mood yet? If not, today’s post ought to help because I am sharing a super simple, super tasty recipe that is P.E.R.F.E.C.T. for the holiday season!

Calling it a “recipe” is actually a bit of a stretch because these tasty pumpkin muffins only call for two ingredients!

By now you know I am a big fan of recipes with 5 ingredients or less and this one does not disappoint. We hosted small group at our house this week and I was able to whip these up lickety-split and got a collective thumbs up from the crew! #winwin

Add these two ingredients to your next shopping trip and you will be the hostess with the mostest at a moments notice!

Ingredients:
1 box of yellow cake mix
1 15 oz can of pumpkin

Directions:
Mix them together.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

I piled these up on my cake platter and they definitely did not last long around here!

Hope you enjoyed this “30 Days in a Holiday State of Mind”!
Tomorrow I have a very cute (VERY FREE!) idea on how to snaz up your gifts!

Yum! Easy enough, and I usually have a gluten box of cake mix on hand.

Try it with a box of spice cake mix and add a bit of mini chocolate chips ( to make my teenagers eat it). It makes great cookies too….and low calorie.

So there is no need to add other ingredients to cake mix?

I make these all the time! They are 100 times better with spice cake mix, I think! So easy and so good!
