I seem to always add a new pumpkin or two around the house every October. So it is fair to say I have quite a collection at this point! When I pulled them out from storage this week and started piling them up to figure out where to put them – I started to see a theme.
I had lots of colorful ones, but so many were neutral.
So I did what any sane person would do. I started piling them up on the console in our family room. I piled and piled and piled and piled.
And then I added a disco ball.
And then I figured I might as well add a few more.
And this is how I ended up with The Pumpkin Pile Up!
I think this is a fun new way to display your pumpkin collection- it definitely makes a statement! And the disco ball just gives it a little extra sparkle.
I might even have a little room for a few more!

Love pumpkins and decorating with them. I do not have as many as you do but I have a one that I purchased that has the initial of our last name and it is situated by the fireplace. I really enjoy the fall season and I think pumpkins are the ideal decor item.
Now if you were talking about the German nutcrackers. I have quite a number of those. But I do not bring those out until a week or two before Thanksgiving. 🙂
