Last spring, I hosted about 20 women at our home for a 2nd grade mom prayer group. This was a newly formed group and I was happy to open our home to these sweet ladies. As the hostess, the only thing you need to really do is have enough seating for everyone and provide coffee. So of course I took my assignment to heart and wanted to be sure to have a fun little coffee station set up.
With just a few little extra details and thought- I had fun whipping up this cute coffee bar. And all of the ladies certainly appreciated some caffeine!
It really wasn’t anything over the top, but I did put some extra thought in ensuring the set up would work for at least 20 people. So let’s break down a few tips on ideas for a coffee bar for your next gathering.
KEURIG ||| INSULATED CUPS || CREAMER || TRAY
- GRAB SOME DISPOSABLE CUPS
I know I will be hosting this crew at least once a semester so I went ahead and bought the bulk of 100 of these black insulated disposable cups. They came from Amazon and definitely elevated the coffee bar a bit. The black stirrers and lids were included!
- OFFER CREAMER & SUGAR
I found a thing of little individual creamers from my grocery store and put those in a bowl. I also set out some sugar in a little silver dish. - SET OUT BOWL FOR TRASH
Just a little spot to put small trash items. - SET IT ALL ON A TRAY
Then I placed all of it on a tray on my counter.
Happy hosting!
XO-
Heather
