BATCH COOKING

I have been trying to eat better (aren’t we all?) and as a treat to myself, I have been batch cooking. I am doing sweet potatoes, quinoa, mushrooms and onions and find that I can use those ingredients on so many breakfast and lunches for myself during the week.

EASTER

Have you already put your Easter stuff out? With it being so late this year, I have been hesitant but did put a few things out this week. I will definitely be making my PEEPS flowers once we get to April!
