Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you have noticed that off the shoulder and bell sleeves are super on trend right now. I bought this black blouse and wore it out three times in a row. It’s $78 with free shipping which is a little higher than I would normally spend. BUT- the fact that I have already worn it so many times in just a few weeks has me sold that this will be a staple this spring and summer. I couldn’t believe how many compliments I received and it is so comfortable. It is a fun way to get dressed up, but not feel uncomfortable.
