Cute ski style ideas to help you decide what to pack for a ski trip.
It’s officially been 10 years since I have been skiing, which means I am absolutely thrilled to be heading out west this year. And the best part is that the boys will be going for their fist time and I am SO excited to add this chapter to our family adventures. We have ski school set up for the boys to get their first experience and I will also be taking some lessons. Wish this southerner luck- I am hoping skiing is like riding a bike and it will all come right back to me. 🙂
Last week in my Front Porch Coffee Talk, I shared that even though I have torn my house apart, my ski pants and jacket are nowhere to be found. Send out a search party because it is driving me bonkers. Fortunately, I do have all my thermals and gloves- it is just the pants and jacket that seem to have wandered off. But since it seems as though it is not going to make it’s appearance (at this point, I am assuming it got lost in the move), I went ahead and ordered new pants, a jacket and threw in a cute Patagonia beanie. While I was shopping around, I came across some cute ski gear and figured I would share it here for anyone that has an upcoming ski trip!
Patagonia Beanie | Patagonia Fleece Pullover | Sorel Winter Boots
Ski Jacket- NAVY Burton Jet Setter | Ski Pants- Patagonia Snowbelle
Fair Isle Sweater | Apres Ski Tee | Gray Joggers | Cute Ski Sweatshirt
Gray Sherpa Pullover | Pink Sherpa Pullover | Ski Socks
What to Pack For A Ski Trip- SKI GEAR!
Why does Patagonia look good on everyone and never go out of style? Seriously, though! It is definitely a big investment but I am still wearing my Patagonia pieces from 10 years ago!
There is nothing worse than cold feet! I am so tempted to invest in these but I already have a pair that will work so I don’t think I can justify it.
Ski Jacket- NAVY Burton Jet Setter
This jacket arrived and I am IN LOVE! Call me boring but I love how it is plain navy with no crazy colors. When I tried it on, Brian even said- wow you could really wear that all winter- not just for skiing. I shopped around and this price seemed very reasonable for a ski jacket too.
Ski Pants- Patagonia Snowbelle
I did lots of online shopping and finally landed on these after reading reviews on several websites. Lots of great reviews, love this birch white color, and the price also seemed reasonable after doing lots of comparing.
What to Pack For A Ski Trip- APRES SKI!
Nothing says skiing like a fair isle sweater! Sadly, the one I am showing here is already sold out- but this one looks super cute and is on sale for 60% off.
Love this cute Apres Ski tee to lounge in or wear under a cardigan for a relaxed Apres Ski!
If you are staying with friends in a house, you must have cute lounge clothes for apres ski! Love the idea of these gray joggers with the cute sweatshirt linked below, or the cute ski tee with a long cozy cardigan. Comfy, warm and cute!
After a long day of skiing, the only thing I want to be is comfy! Love this cute ski sweatshirt!
Since Patagonia is SUCH a big investment, I think this is a great alternative! It has tons of great reviews and I love the neutral gray and brown color. This would be so great for throwing on after a long day of skiing!
Ladies- I have this exact pullover that I bought last winter. It has been worn at least 1000 times since then! I would definitely recommend this one. You can see it on me here.
What to Pack For A Ski Trip- ACCESSORIES!
Although I was tempted to get some fun bright colors for ski gear, I ultimately decided to stick with neutrals so that in hopefully 10 more years I won’t wonder what I was thinking when I bought them. But that doesn’t mean I couldn’t have some fun with my beanie. I love this pop of pink with the navy jacket and white pants that I ordered. A new hat is a fun way to keep your old stuff feeling fresh!
My ski socks are fine, but these are so much cuter! Love these with the mountain and pop of pink! If I didn’t already have some (boring) ones, I would snag these up in a heartbeat!
What to Pack For A Ski Trip
Hope this helps you with some cute stuff when you are trying to decide what to pack for your ski trip! Obviously, this list is not all inclusive for items you need to stay warm while skiing. But it sure is some fun stuff to help you stay cute and warm! Any other finds you would recommend? We are heading to Deer Valley and I would love to hear if you have any “must-dos” for our trip.
