Hello! Hope your weekend was fantastic! Ours was spent catching up on some much needed housekeeping and errands. The good news is that after a trip to the vet, sweet Bella is feeling better too.
Despite the boring stuff we had to do over the weekend, we did manage to make a quick stop in the new Restoration Hardware in Atlanta.
Y’all. This place is crazy. It is 70,000 square feet and 6 levels complete with a roof top lounge. We had both kids in tow so it wasn’t a super leisurely stop in, and I will try to take some pics next time I go to share with you.
Even though it was a quick strike, I still found inspiration EVERYWHERE!
Light bulb moment!
After our crazy colorful Christmas, I was looking for a new way to bring more of a neutral feel into our family room. We have a library walking distance to our house so I loaded up the boys and we went on our afternoon adventure. It turns out they have a huge shelf of free books available so I stuffed as many as I could into the stroller…
Instead of using white, I used leftover Restoration Hardware Slate paint from from previous projects.
If you are tallying the cost= zero.
I’m still working on organizing the chaos around here. I am excited to be participating in a Winter Blog Hop on Monday so it is definitely helping me get my toosh in gear. Hopefully I will have pics of the whole family room coming then.
What do you think? Not bad for a free and fast project!
Hope you have a great week!
