HAPPY FRIDAY! Today I am sharing a simple tutorial on DIY Framed Sheet Music Art- that is a Restoration Hardware Copycat. I am doing a happy dance because after a week of rain, fog and general blah-ness around these parts, the weather finally looks promising over the weekend. Bring on the sunshine because my little is bouncing. off. the. walls!
Earlier this week, I mentioned that we stopped by the new Restoration Hardware. While it wasn’t super leisurely, I still walked around like a kid in a candy store all googly-eyed. So much goodness to take in.
I already shared how I was inspired to paint a a stack of old books that were also inspired by Restoration Hardware to achieve some free and simple neutral accessories. Today I am going to share another easy project…
DIY Framed Sheet Music Art. (excuse the pics… these were taken as I stalked strolled the store)
The framed sheet music was everywhere in their show room.
I knew immediately that I wanted to create something similar. And it would be of the song of our first dance in honor of our 10th wedding anniversary last month. I guess love is just in the air around here!
Awwwwww.
Restoration Hardware Copycat Project
I was was able to find it free online to print.
For now, I have these on our fireplace mantle since I am loving the neutral look in the house this time of year. The metallic mixed with gray is perfect! I think these would be adorable in a master bedroom and they may just make their way into ours soon. I also think they would make a darling Valentine gift or wedding present. Ooooh- and isn’t the traditional first wedding anniversary gift supposed to be paper? #BOOM

Oh man. I took pictures of the same thing in the same store months ago and haven't done anything with it. So inspiring to see people take ideas and make something of them. Great work girl.
