Hello hello! Hope you are having a great week! I am still getting caught up on laundry and unpacking from our trip to Boone, North Carolina to see my sister last weekend. (We had a GREAT visit.) I even managed to vacuum my car last night- you really don’t want to know what you can find in a car after a road trip with a 4 and 1 year old.
But aside from the day to day, it’s all-hands-on-deck around here this week because we are busy with many different projects! I am still plugging along on the One Room Challenge Makeover (final reveal is NEXT WEEK!) and the Kentucky Derby party is this Saturday! And of course, the back porch makeover is coming together too. Today I am sharing some sneak peaks of the goodies I found from my haul from At Home for the porch.
As a reminder, I partnered with At Home and the HGTV Spring Idea house to do a makeover on my back porch this spring. (somebody pinch me!) THIS IS WHAT WE WERE STARTING WITH. I know, I know. Yikes.
So far, I have shared the vision for the back porch as a starting point that included lots of navy, orange and neutrals. Then I showed you all of the fun stuff you can find while shopping at At Home.
The big reveal is soon but I couldn’t resist sharing some sneak peaks of what we are working with. I am really excited with the way it is coming together!
Here you can see the umbrella and a little of the rug. As soon as I saw the rug on display in the store, I knew I had to have it! It was the LAST one in stock, but they were so kind to let me snag it from the display!
I had SUCH a hard time deciding on which cushions to go with since they had so many to choose from. But I am loving the blue and cream combo.
This coral lantern jumped in my cart! Along with this great black table that we will use when entertaining.
Oh, hi there rug and umbrella.
Well, I don’t want to give away too much so I am going to stop there. What do you think so far? Can you believe I pulled this all together for less than $500?
