This is such an easy idea, and perfect for a last minute gift. Just start with a pink bottle of Mrs Meyers dish soap.

Grab a brown sponge and cut to look like a heart.
Use the point of scissors to poke a hole at the top of the heart and thread twine through the hole.
Then tie a pretty ribbon and attach the twine and sponge.
