{Southern Tradition} Blue Mason Jars

in Inspiration on 04/19/13

Mason jars are a quintessential Southern symbol, and I was so excited to score some “Ball Blues” while on my shopping girl’s weekend. Mason jars make the perfect impromptu vases!
Best part is that I got them for a quarter each. It really is the little details that help make a house a home, and it doesn’t have to cost much to do it.
This flower arrangement cost me seventy-five-cents.
The azaleas came from my yard and the stand was a wedding shower gift.

Here is another one in the kitchen window with white azaleas.

Hope you have a great weekend!

Thanks! I love that quote too. I am becoming more and more obsessed with mason jars these days and that little quote sums it up!

Those are gorgeous! I think Mason jars are much more common in the US- they're much dearer in the UK (your arrangement would probably cost me closer to $75!) xx
