Happy Friday! Any fun fall plans this weekend? We are heading to our first college football game of the season and it looks like the weather is going to cooperate- it might *actually* feel like fall for the game! Nothing better. 🙂
Today’s post is another quick and easy project. I just can’t quit these quick little updates these days, and sometimes the littlest detail can really go a long way.
I made a quick stop at Home Depot the other day and the Rustoleum Gold Glitter spray paint was calling my name. I have never used it before, and quite honestly I don’t know why.
Glitter + Spray Paint? #cometomama
It didn’t take long to track down some extra mason jars I had on hand, some basic gloss black spray paint and of course my trusty Rustoleum Heirloom White spray paint. Each jar got a coat of paint, then I used painters tape to line off the bottom for the gold-dipped effect and give it a coat of glitter. The glitter did take a couple coats, but I am happy with the way it turned out.
What a fun easy project. Yes, hopefully the rain with move on through and we can enjoy those fall temps!!
The rain has moved but it still so muggy! Come ON Fall!! 🙂 I think tomorrow should feel crisp- fingers crossed! Enjoy your weekend!
