It’s week seven of the eight week One Room Challenge! Today it’s all about the guest bathroom. When we bought this house five years ago, we were so thrilled to have a dedicated guest bedroom and bathroom. It has proven to come in handy when hosting friends and family and I am just so thankful for this space. I gave the bathroom a makeover a few years ago, but I couldn’t let this 8 week challenge pass without giving it a glow up as part of the guest room makeover. It really does feel like a Southern Boutique Hotel in here!

GUEST ROOM || The Bathroom Glow Up

Ever since we updated this bathroom a few years ago, it has always brought me peace and joy when I walk in here. The light blue ceiling just makes it feel so serene and it really just needed a few little updates to make it feel like part of the guest room. So let’s take a look at the fresh new updates!

NEW TOWELS

I am so in love with these beautiful monogrammed towels from Weezie Towels! They are so soft and plush and the monogram and piping detail just makes them so chic! I love the way the black and taupe help tie in the other black accents from the bathroom and guest bedroom.

NEW ART

I had these frames in storage just looking for a new home. And I think they are SO happy in their new home! For the art, I just did a few little doodles as a placeholder. I definitely want to update these but for now, the blues and greens work!

FRESH SUPPLIES

After my January “USE IT UP” Challenge, it was time to restock the supplies in this bathroom. So the shower got new products, I added a few small canisters for the counter, and the makeup remover towel came from Weezie. Time for our guests to pamper themselves!

WALLPAPER DETAIL

This cabinet got a tiny fresh detail with some wallpaper remnants… ready for this one? BOOM! I just love a tiny little detail and how this helps tie the bathroom in with the bedroom.
