I know Easter has come and gone but please just stick with me on this one because this Peep S’mores Board is just too cute not to share with you! This past weekend I put together a Peep S’mores Board and just loved the way it turned out. The kids were crazy about it and it was a festive dessert to prepare for a family friendly dinner party. And while it may not be peep season again for awhile, this would be super cute with ghost Halloween Peeps or the Christmas Trees or to file away for next year’s Easter.
To make this I just gathered the regular s’mores fixins, but instead of marshmallows I used Peeps. I was so excited to also use my little cast iron skillet as part of the display and added some pink and white cookies from Trader Joe’s as the finishing touch.

I wiped down the pollen from the porch so that we could meander out here and enjoy the spring weather. The boys and the hubs got a big fire going outside just as our company was arriving and it was ready for us after dinner. I snapped a quick pic of the current state of the porch- definitely waiting until the pollen passes to fully spruce it up, but you can see last year’s porch here.
One thing to note- when you melt the Peep, it definitely doesn’t have the same texture as a regular marshmallow. It is more of a creme brulee finish. But the kids didn’t mind one bit! You could always add some regular marshmallows if you really have your heart set on a regular s’more!
The chocolate Hershey’s Easter Bunny was almost accidently but at the last minute I remembered that my mother in law had given the kids a chocolate Easter bunny. It perfectly went with the theme!
