Happy March! Well, I guess we are well into March already so I am a bit late on my greeting. Is time flying for anyone else? I often glance at the boys and am reminded how quickly they are growing up. Which is why I am trying to do as much as I can to enjoy the small moments with them. Today I am sharing a fun Fruit Charcuterie Board that I made for the boys and thought you might be inspired to do the same. It is perfect for a St. Patrick’s day celebration, but really a festive addition for any day to make it feel extra special. My boys are not big fans of veggies (are any?!?) but they could sit down and eat this entire platter.
RAINBOW FRUIT CHARCUTERIE BOARD
Assembling this Fruit Charcuterie Board was pretty simple, I just grabbed fruit in every color of the ROYGBIV rainbow (is that a household term for anyone else?) that I know they like. Once you have your colorful fruits, just place them in a rainbow shape. I was temped to grab a kiwi, but that is one fruit they won’t touch. Then for the cloud – a handful of mini marshmallows.
I have this large wooden serving board that I seem to use almost weekly- here is a similar one on Amazon. It comes in handy for corralling all kinds of charcuterie themes and treats and sweets and somehow just makes everything seem cuter and more special when served on it!
To see lots more holiday inspiration, you can see all of my past holiday and party posts by category HERE.
Have you made any “charcuterie” boards lately?
And here you can see my Halloween Treat Board using the same wooden serving platter.

Great way to get the kids to eat fruit!
Yes! Maybe I will try a fruit veggie rainbow board too!
