One goal I made for myself in February was to read a book during my afternoon carpool window. I was becoming way too guilty of just scrolling mindlessly with nothing to show for that 20-30 minutes every afternoon. So I decided to keep The Last Thing He Told Me by Laura Dave in my front seat. And guess what? It worked! It was a complete page turner so it didn’t take long to plow through it.

The Last Thing He Told Me had me on the edge of my seat and definitely left me guessing what would happen next. If you are looking for a true-crime-thriller book with lots of twists and turns- I would recommend this book. It was a breezy read that indulged me… even if just for 20 minutes in the carpool line every afternoon.

THE LAST THING HE TOLD ME
