Front Porch Coffee Talk

Hey hey hey! Another beautiful fall week behind us! It was a busy one for us with fall break and a quick trip down to Florida.  Even though it was a short week around here, we still managed to talk Amazon Sweaters  in the Sweater Weather Post and I also shared what I did with some dead branches for Halloween. 30A FALL BREAK 

Truthfully 48 hours before our  scheduled trip I was very tempted to cancel. Between sports and travel, I was WIPED OUT.  I really just wanted to stay home and not do all of the work it takes to go out of town. But then we got there and I was so thankful that we did it! Sunsets, bike rides, donut runs, friends, family  and puppy time… it’s always worth it! 

 

 

SWEATER WEATHER

TARGET FASHION

 A new designer line hit at Target this week and I bought the CUTEST blouse by the designer Kiki Vargas. It arrived yesterday and I already wore it to an event last night. It is so stunning and only $40!   SCALLOP WRAP BLOUSE

HDPPY BIRTHAAY

This one just makes me laugh! Bless her heart. 

CHRISTMAS INSPIRATION

I popped into Hobby Lobby  and of course Christmas had arrived! I wandered the aisles but wasn’t inspired to buy anything… But then I got to the ribbon aisle and it was all 50% off… I was instantly drawn to the green and brown velvet and this fun animal print looking ribbon. I haven’t really ever used greens and browns at Christmas… so maybe this was just what I needed to kickstart a theme this year! 

 

COME FROM AWAY

I mentioned that I was in NYC two weeks ago, and was so fortunate to be able to see Come From Away on Broadway. What a CRAZY true story about the 7000 passengers that were all grounded on 9/11 in Newfoundland. It was sad, funny and so so good. It was actually closing weekend when we saw it, but if it every comes to your town I would highly recommend it!
