Happy holiday weekend! This is always one of my favorite weeks of the year. We are heading up to the lake with some friends and I can’t wait to just enjoy a fun summer weekend with my whole crew.

Summer Project
Sweet P has been working on his summer project- pressure washing the driveway! It might take him all summer to finish, but he has had a great attitude about his chore – and really is there anything more satisfying than pressure washing? I’d love more suggestions on ideas for big chores the boys can do around the house.
Summer Nail Polish Color
I treated myself to a mani/pedi this week! For my toes I went with the old faithful of OPI Cajun Shrimp. If you need a new color give it a whirl- it’s a orangy red that is just perfect for summer!

Happy Ninth Birthday
Sweet B turned 9 and we spent the week celebrating him! He never really wants big birthday parties (he’s the one I found hiding in his room when he was 5 during his birthday party) so we just took a few buddies to iFly to try some indoor sky diving. Big brother was at away at camp this week so we got some extra special one-on-one time with him too!
An Ode to Summer Baseball
Summer All-star Baseball came to an end this week and we had our final end of season party. So thankful for the coaches, the sweetest moms and the cute Bulldog team! The heat, the endless Prime drinks, the concession stand meals, the red dirt (everywhere!) and the 6:45 am Sunday alarms- all worth it for the team building the improvements they made and the memories! I am so proud of this little Bulldog!
