Summer around our house means a glass of wine in the courtyard on Thursday nights, and now I have a monogrammed tray to serve it up with!
When I saw this random monogrammed lucite acrylic tray for a couple bucks at the thrift store, I snagged it up knowing I could figure out a way to DIY away the random monogram.
I mean, we all love a good monogram, but not when it’s not your initials! 🙂

Who would get rid of this amazing monogram tray in their right mind?!?
Sorry to whoever is “RGM”!
To find the Lilly Pulitzer patterns, I just searched “Lilly Pulitzer Patterns” on Pinterest. Of course, there was a plethora of options and I just stuck to ones that were close to my back porch color scheme, since that is most likely where this will get used over the summer.
Then I laid them out in Word to fit the size of the tray and printed.
Check out this Lilly eye candy!
For the monogram, I used this AWESOME chevron customized online monogram generator.
Using a brown paper bag for the base, I just glued some wrapping paper from my stash in coordinating colors to the back.
Here it is using the reverse side!

A quick trip to Staples to have it laminated and now I have a Lilly Pulitzer pattern acrylic tray personalized with my monogram for under $5.
I love this tray lined with Lilly prints, but the great thing about this project is that I can change out the liner depending on my mood and the season.
