This year I vowed to not buy any new Christmas decorations. In fact, I purged lots of what I already had and it has been such a great feeling to simplify. So when it came time to decorate my kitchen, I had to get creative in order to use things I already had in new ways. So I came up with a super simple idea for the kitchen island, and my guess is that you probably already have these items in your house too!
Decorating our kitchen island is something I love to do for the seasons and holidays. I love how simple this look is, but it is so festive too!
For this kitchen island centerpiece, you just need the following items:
- Wreath
- Glass Hurricane or Vase
- Candle
- Ornaments
That’s it!
I’ve had this candle burning most of the time when I’m home and it just really makes the kitchen feel so cozy.
