Welcome friends!
Time for another stop on our 2018 Christmas Tour of Peach Valley. This time we are stopping by one of my most favorite spaces in our whole home – the front porch.
Let’s take a look…
Red Plaid Maxi Skirt (similar linked, mine is vintage) | Black Sweater | Chambray Button Down |
Buffalo Check Mat | Leopard Spotted Door Mat
The front door is super simple with a garland that I grabbed fresh from Trader Joe’s.
I just love the way it frames the door and how classic it looks! To hang it, I used a couple 3M hooks and swagged it.
Now let’s take a look at the other end of the porch.
What’s better than one Christmas tree? How about THREE!?!?
This year I tried something new on the porch…a trio of trees! I had all three in storage and decided that the one that I used last year just looked a little lonely for Christmas.
I love the way they twinkle and light up our porch at night! Instead of tree skirts I opted to use various planters and barrels I had in the garage. It’s always fun to use what you have to use things in new ways.
Circling back to the center of the porch. This is where I love hanging out and those chairs have definitely got their use over the past year.
Lantern | Battery Pillar Candle | Oversized Lantern | Garden Stool
I love this fresh wreath from Lynch Creek Farms that is centered above the pair of chairs.
I hope you are enjoying every minute of this holiday season so far. I must admit I have been pretty emotional about Christmas this week. I think watching all of the George Bush coverage has given me a lot to reflect on as this will be my first Christmas without any of my own grandparents. Know that I am praying for you if you are feeling emotional this year too due to the loss of a loved one.
xoxo-
Heather
