Happy Friday friends! I hope you have enjoyed this week of fitness inspiration. I know this isn’t my normal content, so I appreciate you sticking with me if this isn’t your jam. But since I know how easy it is to lose steam after the New Year resolution excitement wears off, I wanted to try to provide some inspiration and motivation! Today’s post is quick and easy- just a list of happy songs to add to your workout playlist. This is a 60 minute playlist that I have been listening to lately… because music always helps to motivate me to work out!
Even if I am short on time, I try to hop on our treadmill for 25-30 minutes or go for a quick walk outside every day. Lately, I have been making myself also do 1-2 minutes of planking. (spoiler alert- that is not very much fun!) Here is the thing- when I am on the treadmill, I sometimes play songs from my phone without headphones in. And lots of times, the boys are around. So I tried my best to keep this playlist happy and safe for little ears, but I can’t guarantee. I also tried to come up with new and unique ones that you probably don’t already have on your playlist.
I hope these help to put some extra pep in your step! 🙂
This 14 song workout playlist will get you through about 60 minutes of a workout. Happy Exercising!
