Hello friends and happy weekend! This week after the Thanksgiving holiday was a complete blur – and I think I finally am starting to get back into a routine. Our Thanksgiving week was a success with our Disney Road Trip and I am so thankful for the memories made. We are in full-on-December-mode around here and the house is officially decorated. However- almost no shopping has been done that is my next thing to tackle. Would love to hear how your holiday week was so let’s “chat”! Grab your coffee and meet on the porch for this week’s Front Porch Coffee Talk .

DISNEY SUCCESS!
As I mentioned we had a great time on our trip to Orlando and the Magic Kingdom. I plan on writing a full trip recap to share the good, the bad and the magical. The boys were truly the perfect age to really enjoy our time and overall the park felt very safe. Even at a reduced capacity, the lines did feel long- but that is mostly due to the fact that seats on rides were so spaced out. (For instance- we had the entire It’s A Small World boat all to ourselves!)
RED PLAID SKIRT
You might remember this long red plaid maxi skirt I wore for our Christmas tour a few years back. I still get asked about it to this day- but sadly it is vintage so I have never been able to help source it… However…
I came across this maxi dress on Amazon this week and it definitely caught my eye as a great option for a similar look!

THE UNDOING
Binged this show this week and it was SO good! We somehow ended up with HBO MAX free for a few months so I was thrilled when I realized we were able to watch it after hearing so much about it.
AT HOME COFFEE
My girlfriend texted me this picture the other day and I am so glad she did! My sister actually brought this to my parents and it was SUCH a yummy way to spruce up our at home coffee. I am so glad to be reminded about this and will be grabbing it on my grocery run this week. If you are hosting family this holiday- this is such an easy way to make your holiday coffee feel more festive.
ALL IS CALM, ALL IS BRIGHT
We made it home from Florida and I immediately went into Mrs. Claus mode around the house. The wreaths are up and the lights are on. I just LOVE it! We added more net lights to the bushes under the front windows and the addition really made a huge difference.
BULLSEYE’S ARRIVAL
Our elf arrived and it looks like he is being a very responsible elf! This really is my favorite thing to complain about. 🙂
CHRISTMAS APP IDEA
I am adding this fun Santa spread to my Christmas bucket list! Love this idea of using veggies and hummus for a festive plate. You can see all of the details here.
