Hello my friends and hello APRIL! Well, I guess we are well into April now and I just haven’t checked in here with you “on the front porch” in a few weeks! It seems like we were in lock down mode for 12 months and then suddenly everyone just kind of woke up and we are busy with life again. Don’t get me wrong as I am not complaining, I think I am just out of practice on having social commitments and carrying on over here on the blog! So tell me, how is your spring going? Do you feel like things have shifted for you as well? I’d love to “chat” so grab your coffee and let’s have our weekly Front Porch Coffee Talk .

Happy Masters Weekend! Are you hosting any friends for the event? Has your husband also blocked the entire Sunday afternoon on your calendar? Has discussions around who will win taken over your family dinner table? If so, I have shared a few posts in the past about The Masters and you can catch up on them here. If your azaleas are blooming they are the perfect flower to have out this weekend!
The boys are doing a golf clinic every Thursday after school which means we are also getting some family golf in after their lesson. This is always a fun outing and as for now we can all still squeeze into one cart. I don’t usually play and my job is drive the cart and help them grab clubs and basically provide snacks. Ha. You know it’s always about the snacks! Love this little crew.
We hydro dipped another batch of Nerf Guns last week. Note to self, wear gloves next time. Sorry teachers.
Thanks for all the awesome comments from you yesterday on the dining room! I shared a quick 30 second video on Instagram –click on over HERE to check it out!
As a reminder, this is what that wall looked like until last week. Man I love those birds! But I was just kind of over it so they are now just in new places throughout the house.
Here is one spot that six of the frames landed. Just LOVE the way they look in here!
Hosted an outdoor kindergarten Mom’s night in the backyard last week. Forgot to snap more pictures with the full set up, but I thought this simple set up with topiaries was cute.
Speaking of hosting the moms night in the back courtyard, I was under the gun to pressure wash the back porch before everyone came over. Which is actually a good thing for me to have a deadline! During quarantine last year I finally bought my very own pressure washer and am so glad to be able to use this as needed. Is there anything more satisfying than pressure washing? The answer is NO.
Also, like my shirt? It cracks me up.
I saw these cute water sandals online this week and grabbed a pair in white. Won’t they be so super cute with swimsuits this summer? I also saw this pair at Old Navy and think they are cute with the double buckle.
Seriously, is there ANYTHING CUTER than a boy in a baseball uniform? Love that it is finally Sweet B’s turn for some baseball!
How accurate is this? Now I can’t check out at Target without thinking of this. So spot on!

Love that you are the golf cart driver/snack person when the boys play golf! Glad they include Mom!
