Hello and welcome to week 2 of the New Year, New Room Challenge! This past week flew by with trying to get back in the swing of things after the long Christmas break. Fortunately, we are plugging along on the renovation of the bathroom and the shower door is set to be installed this week! Today I thought it would be fun to share the vision board for the bathroom. As a boy mom of an 8 and 11 year old- I honestly struggle with what is cool to them and what I like. If it was up to them, they would have sports memorabilia and bobble heads. So hopefully this is a good balance of Boy-Friendly AND Mom- Approved! 
As I mentioned the biggest update in the room will be removing the bathtub and transforming it to a shower. We will also be getting new tile for the floors. I can’t wait to see how it all comes together! From there, it will be all about the details to pull it all together! We are going with polished chrome for the shower hardware so I will be updating the lights and vanity hardware to match. I am hoping to make a pretty new cafe curtain for the window and get a fun new rug.
