Happy Friday to you my friends! Well, this week flew by didn’t it? I guess that’s what happens during the summer with a long holiday weekend! We’ve had multiple camp drop offs and pick ups the past few weeks and have really been busy spending one-on-one time with the boys while the other one is at overnight camp. Today is our 99th Front Porch Coffee Talk and I can’t wait to “meet you on the porch” to catch up!
This guy had his turn at camp this week and he was cool as a cucumber before drop off. Good thing, because I was up all night the night before we took him wondering what I was thinking sending my baby away for a week?!? We pick him up tomorrow and I just cannot wait to hear about it!
While little brother was away at camp, we had our own “camp” at home- MAP Camp! MAP stands for Mom and Parker (hey isn’t everything more fun when it has a name?!?) and we did lots of fun outings enjoying some one-on-one time. We even made it a Braves game! It was a bobblehead night so we went TWO HOURS EARLY. It was a bit hot, but I think it’s safe to say we made a forever memory!
WHAT I BOUGHT THIS WEEK
I know it is literally a gazillion degrees outside, but I made my first fall purchase this week! I have wanted this cashmere wrap for a long time and when it went 50% off I decided it was time to finally invest. I already have some fall travel on my mind and just know this will be the perfect item to toss in my carry-on. I went with the camel color because I think it will be super cute with jeans or black pants and perfect to wrap up in on the plane or when I need a layer to go with just about anything.
SHOP: CASHMERE WRAP
We had to take a big tree out in this area last fall and we planted limelight hydrangeas in it’s place. They are in full bloom and just so lovely.
YOU KNOW IT’S SUMMER…
when there is a teepee tent in your living room.
This just made me laugh! Let’s only speak in relevant landmarks please!
Hope you have a wonderful summer weekend!
