Happy weekend! We are officially TWO WEEKS from Christmas. How are you holding up? For me some days I think I have it all under control and then an hour later I realize that I have in fact nothing under control. Ha. It’s just been weird holiday season and definitely not the same. Santa Visit 2020

Our Covid Santa Visit was a success. I am thankful that we still got to enjoy this annual tradition- even at 6 feet apart. Sweet B was especially excited to see him and it was a sweet family memory.

IT’S ALL THEY WANT FOR CHRISTMAS

Sooooo, here is a glimpse into what we are dealing with over here! The boys are BEGGING for a new pup. BEGGING with real tears.  It has been 3 years since we lost our beloved chocolate lab Bella and I must admit that the thought of getting a dog doesn’t completely stress me out for the first time since then. While there will be no dog under the tree this year, I do think their constant badgering is wearing me down. 🙂

Carpool Chronicles

Every afternoon I head to the carpool line to grab the boys from school and there is 45 minutes between when I pick up Sweet B from K and Sweet P from 3rd grade.  I am mandating a no device policy for Sweet B in that 45 minutes so we have to come up with ways to keep ourselves entertained…

so it turns out he fits perfectly across the dashboard. I can remember wanting to do stuff like this when I was little, can’t you?
