Pinewood Derby Boy Scouts

The boys participated in their very first Boy Scout Pinewood Derby race last weekend… and they both placed for their grade! A huge thanks to my Dad for helping them build their masterpieces. It was a fun day and they were so proud!

HEART SHAPED ROCKS

I randomly shared our heart shaped rock collection on my Instagram stories the other day and figured I would share this here too. We have been collecting them for about 7 years and just add a couple a year when we travel. Looking for heart shaped rocks is a fun way to pass the time when we are on hikes and it’s something I like to do with the boys.

WE LOVE YOU BECAUSE VALENTINE DOOR

It’s not too late to start this fun tradition of adding a heart to your loved ones door every day until Valentine’s Day letting them know why you love them.

SURPRISE SNOW DAY!

We were blown away last Saturday when we woke up to snow! It wasn’t much, but it was still thrilling and the boys and I were DETERMINED to make a snowman. Say hello to Freddie.

PELOTON BRIDE RIDE

We have a destination wedding coming up in a few weeks! To celebrate our bride-to-be we had a group Peloton Bride Ride last weekend! Geographically the group of friends going on this wedding live in Atlanta, Charlotte, Birmingham, New Jersey and Jackson Hole- quite spread out. So we killed two birds with one stone and got some exercise in and enjoyed a fun virtual gathering to celebrate the bride. After the ride, we all hopped on a quick zoom. It was a fun way to kick off the countdown to the wedding!
