Last year everyone was making banana bread during quarantine and I hopped right on that bandwagon and this easy banana bread recipe has quickly become a go-to recipe around here ever since. This recipe originally came about when my Sister and Mom were talking about a banana bread cake recipe that they made, and I started squealing asking them to send the recipe to me! They were talking about how delicious and easy it was and it turns out… they were right!
If you need a quick and easy breakfast for hosting this summer this one is perfect! And it’s a great way to use up those bananas sitting on the counter. The best part is that this recipe makes two loaves so you can make one for yourself and one to give away. INGREDIENTS
1 yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 can condensed milk
3 smashed bananas
DIRECTIONS
Combine and pour into loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Makes 2 loaves.
