With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, I wanted to share this easy idea for a Valentine treat jar for your kitchen counter using cute Little Debbie Valentine cakes. I don’t keep this kind of stuff around the house, so the boys LOVE when they come home from school to something fun like this on the counter! Glad I snapped the pictures before they got home because they didn’t stand a chance.
To make your own Valentine treat jar, start with a glass jar. I bought this set of two on Amazon and have had fun over the holidays using them for various things.
Once you have your jar, add a smaller glass in the center. This will allow you to place the little heart treats along the side and not need as many cakes.
Two boxes of Little Debbie heart cakes fit perfect inside!

Side note… I shared these pink and red heart tapers on Instagram and got so many questions about them! I found a set of 6 of these cute tapers while thrifting for a dollar a few weeks back. The box was from Lillian Vernon- which I definitely remember from back in the day! Isn’t that a fun find?
Any guesses how long these lasted around here?
