YURT CAMPING
As I mentioned, we are heading out on an adventure this weekend- CAMPING! More specifically, we will be YURT camping and I am excited for a fun adventure with my crew. But I am also terrified. Is it possible to be excited AND terrified at the same time? One of the items on my 45 X 45 Bucket List is to go camping with the family so I am excited to finally check this one off. But now I am starting to question WHY I am giving up the comforts of my home, ha! Any tips? Wish me luck!
HOUSE DRESSES
It’s that time of year where all I want to do is throw on a comfy dress to lounge or run out the door. Who’s with me? If you are in the same boat be sure to check out this post from last year where I shared : Six Cute & Comfy Houses Dresses from Amazon! Here is a sampling of a few! I also set up a fun Amazon Storefront with lots of Cute Amazon Dress options HERE.
CUTE TARGET DRESS
Speaking of cute “house dresses”- this one from Target is a WINNER! Love the pattern and the style. Oh and the price! It comes in 7 different patterns and I also bought the blue and white striped one. Target for the win!
KENTUCKY DERBY
And just like that the Kentucky Derby is right around the corner! While I won’t be hosting a big party like I did a few years ago, we have invited a few families over to enjoy the festivities! The race is on Saturday May 1st so you still have time to plan a little get together- and in my opinion it’s just such a fun reason to gather friends! To see all of my past Kentucky Derby posts you can click HERE for my full Derby Library. And for some inspiration on what to wear, you can click HERE: What To Wear To Kentucky Derby Party.
AMAZING AZALEA
You got a sneak peak of the Azalea on yesterday’s post, but WOW! This is our fourth spring here and by far the biggest and bloomiest yet. (not a word, but it should be!) This thing SHINES every morning and I just LOVE it so so much.
SUPPER CLUB
Thanks for all of your sweet comments about our Supper Club that we kicked off last weekend. Sounds like everyone is feeling excited to entertain again and I am so glad to have provided to some inspiration. In case you missed it, you can read up on it here: SUPPER CLUB START UP
And last but not least, a picture of my parents with the boys from last weekend (they were at my parents for supper club!) While we have seen them over the past year, it has been less due to Covid and of course filled with lots of worry and anxiety. I am thankful that we can all breathe a little easier now!
