$25 AMAZON FALL DRESS

Lots of questions on my tunic dress from this week’s fall tour. It is called “caramel” online but it is actually a burnt orange color. Lots of color options available but I was drawn to this Pumpkin Spice color for fall! I am in the medium, which is true to size for me. A great transition piece and would be cute with boots and a jean jacket. I love the balloon sleeves and loose fit.

THE JURY IS IN ON THE VINTAGE FILE CABINETS…

and the verdict is….. KEEP THEM OLIVE GREEN! Thanks to everyone that weighed in this week – I was definitely spinning on this one. In case you missed this week’s $100 Room Update post, I was conflicted on whether to keep this vintage file cabinets their original color of give them a fresh coat of paint. The overwhelming response was to keep them as is and I absolutely love this choice. (also, less work for me, ha ha) I’ve been brainstorming on ways to tie this space all together and can’t wait to how it all comes together.

Have you ever shopped Shop Style Your Senses? It’s an online boutique started by a super stylish blogger with cute, on-trend, and affordable items. I am loving this fun taupe open cardigan over just about everything – it’s a great layering piece and will be good for transitioning lots of outfits to fall. Those white stacked bracelets are also from her shop which I have been wearing daily as well.

ALDI IS WHERE IT’S AT FOR ORGANIC

Do you shop at ALDI? Here is a sneak peak of my Aldi haul this week. A location recently opened nearby and it is right by my Trader Joe’s so I have made it a habit to swing by both when I am over that way. I am always blown away by their Organic selection and the pricing is unbelievable. I would love to hear your ALDI go-to items?

PODCAST RECOMMENDATION

One of my favorite things to do while walking is listen to podcasts. I recently finished Up & Vanished which is a true crime podcast about a high school teacher that “up and vanished” in South Georgia.

HYDRO DIPPED NERF GUN

Look what Sweet P created this week- a hydro dipped Nerf Gun. Apparently he saw it done HERE and wanted to recreate it. I helped “facilitate” it but he did it all on his own! Well done! And I must admit it turned out very cool.

FITNESS DIARY- WEEK FOUR UPDATE

Four weeks down on my 12 Week Fitness Goals Challenge and I am feeling good! This week I did this arm toning video and LOVED it- felt so sore the next day.

Goal Arm Workout 4 times = 3 DONE (15/48 times of my 12 week goal)
Goal Pilates Video 4 times = 3 DONE (15/48 times of my 12 week goal)
Goal 1o Miles Walking Per Week- 7.5 miles DONE (42.85/120 miles of my 12 week goal)
Intermittent Fasting = 5 days

Reflections:

Really slacked this past weekend when my sister was in town. We had biiiig plans to do some pilates sessions together, but somehow sitting at the kitchen table drinking coffee ended up winning. 🙂
Heading on my girls weekend next weekend so super motivated to get lots of workouts logged this week since I know it will be harder to exercise while traveling!
